The Company transfers funds to us, that include holiday pay, employees NI, workers self-registration pension and our margin, then after these deductions have been made the funds become gross pay for the employee. We have a simplified registration process which is devoid of stress to enable easy employee enrolment. Employee’s hours and pay rate are received during the week and for the account managers use, pay is then calculated and scheduled for payment. Taxes and National Insurances are deducted from pay and paid directly to HMRC.
